Easy Hush Puppy Recipe
Does anyone have a easy recipe for Hush Puppies?
C. 2 cornmeal 1 / 2 c. 1 teaspoon flour. baking powder 1 tsp. Salt 1 c. milk 2 beaten eggs well lge 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp. lard, melted Mix first 4 ingredients, add milk, eggs and onion. Stir in lard. Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot oil. Fry until brown.
