can put plastic wrap in the oven?
Here is a recipe: oven to 300 degrees. Baste ribs with barbecue sauce. Wrap ribs tightly in plastic wrap. Place wrapped ribs on large sheet of foil, seam side. Wrap the plastic ribs wrapped in aluminum foil, making an envelope. Busta Place ribs on a cookie sheet or pan, seam side. Place in preheated oven and bake for 3 hours. Discard and serve. Be very careful as there will be steam build-up inside the package. Serve with coleslaw, baked beans and silence puppies or corn bread. I do not think we could melt ..
I did a lot restaurants until aluminum seal .... ribs are done that way in Texas Roadhouse .... seems to seal the product better than a simple spreadsheet or a cover .... I use home for a lot of items ... Good question ...
