Will puppy from a litter at the end little bigger than normal?
I have a Lhasa Apso puppy from a herd reserved planned. A full term x ray done today to the vet revealed three large cubs (because they had more growing space for a litter would be greater). If the puppies are born due to a larger number of small litter, you end up larger than normal as adults or will be more or less as would have been had they been born to younger a litter bigger?
No, the dogs will not be larger than normal, once full production. Genetically, they are Lhasa Apso's. These puppies can be larger during lactation by the mother because there are no puppies less to compete with, so that must be kept for food, but will be normal when adults.
