Newborn Puppy Care Feeding

newborn baby care questions, questions momma dog, choking?
We just had puppy # 11 delivered, but it was yet another birth. We having problems with the dog and wanted to know if momma was right to keep it separate from the puppies until the feeding time? She is the production of milk and puppies are starting to get the hang of feeding, but they still need our help. Mom acts like a chicken brooding and maintains Hording puppies. Up to now, has 4 crushed. Want to keep them separate until the feeding and cleaning up so she cannot hurt the most, but not doing any social harm. We are up to 5 to 11 puppies. Mom doesn't care about you handlng them, but she has no awareness of their body, often steping, laying or sitting on them. She dosent keep them all together to keep warm o. We put puppies in a box w / heating pad niight month with a shelf over the top and sat on the shelf until collasped and then crushed 2. This is her first litter (and last). She cleans up well after the meal. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!
This is a common problem with the mother's first time. The litter is so great that they have no idea where the pup is and has been sitting on one or surrounded. You can keep them separate when they are not fed. Just keep the dogs warm and make sure that the nurse always 2 or 3 hours. Momma seems you are looking for, but you will have to look carefully, while the power. A big job to do for you. Once the dogs get very larger than can be put mother and baby together again, but I will keep my eyes on her.
