Why not Linux Recgonize my network card?
Of all my Linux Distrubutions none of them recgonize my network card when I use Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 only one of them works ACUALLY. Even when I use the live-cd of these Linux distributions, my card receives no power. I dont really need the function of call rate Linux Network Adpapter: Linksys Wireless-G USB Adapter with SpeedBooster v2 Linux Distros: Linux-Desktop-Linux-Light Dream Damn Small Linux (DSLiunx, or DSL)-Feather Linux Knoppix Linux-Puppy Linux Ubuntu Linux
You will need ndiswrapper and the native Windows driver for a USB wireless adapter to work. Get a ndiswrapper http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net and the driver from the manufacturer homepage. Ensure that your device is supported. Obtain the output of lsusb | grep Linksys to find the exact name of the device and check the ndiswrapper homepage. ------- Edit: If Linksys | grep lsusb returns nothing, try lsusb and search for the line as a function of production, however, do not know about M $ Virtual PC, but this should work with any Linux distro installed or live CD
